Dovetail Partners announced The Right-of-Way Stewardship Council (ROWSC) accredited Arizona Public Service (APS) and Vermont Electric Power Company, Inc. as a “Right-of-Way Stewards” for sustainable integrated vegetation management of their electric transmission right-of-way systems.
